Refund Policy & Procedures
1. Vendor Management Interface (VMI). Not withstanding the product not providing any of the benefits advertised, there will be no refunds once this product is purchased outrighted or accessed on a periodical basis.
2. Silver Partnership Advertising Fees. Failure to provide an uptime exceeding 99% during a weekly billing cycle will see a refund in full to the customer for the specific Partnership affected.
3. Qualified Leads. Customers are welcomed to request a review of charges on Qualified Leads. Review of a lead can be activated through our Lead Management Tab.

1. Vendor Management Interface (VMI), upon processing of your first payment, your VMI will become available instantly by logging into using the email and password you provided.
2. Qualified Leads will be emailed instantly to the email address you provided and will also be maintained within your Lead Management Tab, for a period of 12 months.
